SKS is a sino-italian joint venture company, established in 2008, between SessaKlein S.p.A. (SK) and Suzhou Shenfei Vehicle Windows Manufacturer Co., ltd. (SCE), It is located at Wuzhong District, Suzhou, China.
SessaKlein is the world leading innovator in the design and production of windows for rolling stock, particularly for high speed trains, and in the design of complete interiors systems. SCE is leader in China in the production of windows for rolling stock with a long tradition with the main Chinese customers.
SKS business scope is the design, engineering and production of complete railway interiors and windows systems in various materials and technologies.
SKS shareholders have already invested 15 million RMB, in order to equip the company with high performing machine and to hire top of the class people.
SKS focuses mainly on Chinese Market, but can also address Export Customers, in accordance and with the assistance of SessaKlein.
SKS has already supplied windows and interiors systems to customers such as Qingdao Sifang, CRC Chanchung, Tangshan, Alstom and Bombardier.
On November 2008 SKS has been assessed and registered by NQA against the provisions of ISO 9001:2000.
From September 2009, SKS factory is homologated according to EN 15085 class CL2 for the welding of railway components. |
